Dharamshala— A two-day internal training program aimed at enhancing pedagogical skills concluded on Wednesday at Maharshi Vidya Mandir, Khatehar. The event brought together educators from various branches of the school, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

In keeping with the Vedic tradition, the training commenced with a solemn Guru Poojan ceremony led by Principal Arun Sharma, setting a reflective and respectful tone for the sessions that followed.

Mrs. Monika Sharma, an experienced educator from Maharshi Vidya Mandir, Nadaun, conducted interactive workshops focused on creative thinking, critical thinking, and joyful learning. Her sessions encouraged teachers to explore innovative approaches to classroom engagement and student development, emphasizing the importance of curiosity and emotional connection in education.

Adding a cultural touch to the event, teachers from different schools presented a musical performance that celebrated unity and artistic expression. The performance was warmly received and added a celebratory note to the training’s conclusion.
