Has plans to hold mental health camps too on Feb 7 & 8

Mandi: Smile Himachal Foundation conducted a special free dental health camp at the historic Seri Manch in Mandi on February 5, coinciding with World Cancer Week.
The event, supported by dental professionals from Himachal Dental College, Sundarnagar, provided free health check-ups to attendees.
Led by Dr Anil Singla, Dr Vikas Jindal, and principal Dr Baljeet Singh of Dental College, the camp featured awareness about road safety by Dr Akshat, alongside dental examinations and treatments.
A total of 212 patients underwent dental examinations, with immediate treatment for 55 individuals. Dental professionals, including Dr Vasundhara, Dr Tamna, Dr Sahil Thakar, and others, shared detailed information about dental diseases during the examinations. Various measures for maintaining healthy teeth were also highlighted.
The camp aims to improve health services for the community. Additionally, 70 children participated in a mental health program in Magal. President Nikhil Waliya expressed the organization’s commitment to holding more programs and extending celebrations for World Cancer Day throughout the month.
Future plans include dental camps in Pandoh and Kotli areas, with mental health camps scheduled for Behna on February 7 and Lalji College Gutkar on February 8.
