Paras Public School, Bhawarna, organised a one-day workshop on the theme “Learning Outcomes and Teaching Methods.” Around 60 teachers participated in the event, which was conducted under the guidance of experts Mrs. Kalpana Khanna and Mr. Taparv Awasthi.
The workshop commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony at the feet of Goddess Saraswati by the school’s Director Mr. Mahesh Chand Katoch, Principal Mrs. Neelam Rana, and the invited experts.
During the sessions, the experts shared multiple strategies to make teaching skills more effective. They emphasized that children come from diverse backgrounds with varying learning abilities, and teachers must adapt accordingly. Through interactive activities such as learning-based games, group work, pair work, and smart class techniques, the experts encouraged teachers to make education more engaging and participatory.
Special focus was given to methods for teaching gifted, average, and slow learners, ensuring inclusivity in classrooms. The experts also demonstrated how games and collaborative activities can simplify complex concepts and remove learning barriers.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the Director, Principal, and Mr. Dikshant honored the experts with gifts and mementos, expressing gratitude for their valuable insights and guidance.
