DAV Public School, Gohju, celebrated the birth anniversary of legendary mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan with a vibrant Mathematics Exhibition that showcased the creativity and analytical skills of its students.
Students from Classes III to X presented informative and innovative models on diverse mathematical concepts:
- Class III: Clock – Concept of Time
- Class IV: Tables
- Class V: Fractions & Types of Angles
- Class VI: 2D & 3D Shapes
- Class VII: Number System
- Class VIII: Square & Square Root
- Class IX: Polynomials, Statistics & Congruency of Triangles
- Class X: Probability, Trigonometry & Circles
The exhibits were confidently explained by students of Classes VIII, IX, and X, reflecting their strong conceptual understanding and effective presentation skills.
The programme concluded on a cultural note with a poem recitation dedicated to Srinivasa Ramanujan by Class VI students, which received wide appreciation from the audience.

The event was hailed as a grand success, thanks to the commendable efforts of both students and teachers. It not only honored the genius of Ramanujan but also encouraged learning by doing, fostering mathematical curiosity and creativity among young learners.
