Preparatory Meeting Held Under SDM Abhishek Mittal’s Chairmanship

The Independence Day celebrations in Bharmour will be held with great enthusiasm at the Government Boys Senior Secondary School campus. To ensure the smooth conduct of the event, a preparatory meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Abhishek Mittal.
During the meeting, SDM Mittal emphasized the significance of Independence Day and directed officials from various departments to make all necessary arrangements in a timely manner. He informed that students from different educational institutions will present cultural performances to mark the occasion.
The event will also feature an impressive march past by contingents from the Police, Home Guards, and NCC. Prior to the flag hoisting ceremony, tributes will be paid to the martyrs and freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the motherland.
SDM Mittal added that students participating in cultural programs will be felicitated with certificates of appreciation.
The meeting was attended by BDO Bharmour Ramnavir Chauhan, Tehsildar Tej Ram Bhardwaj, Sub-Divisional Ayurvedic Officer Dr. Anuradha Sharma, along with officials from various departments and representatives of educational institutions.
