Himachal Pradesh School Education Board (HPBOSE) Chairman Dr. Rajesh Sharma has issued an advisory for candidates appearing in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) in Dharamshala. On the same day, an international one-day cricket match between India and Afghanistan will be held in Dharamshala, which is expected to cause heavy traffic congestion in and around the town.
The TGT (Arts) TET exam will be conducted on June 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, while the TGT (Medical) TET exam will take place the same day from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Candidates appearing at centers located along the Dharamshala route — including Government Senior Secondary School (Girls), Dharamshala; Government Senior Secondary School, Matour; Government Senior Secondary School, Shahpur; and Government Senior Secondary School, Dari — have been advised to plan their travel in advance. To avoid inconvenience, candidates are encouraged to reach Dharamshala a day prior if possible.
Dr. Sharma emphasized that candidates must arrive at their exam centers well before the scheduled time, carrying their admit cards and valid identification documents. He clarified that this advisory is issued solely to ensure candidates’ convenience and timely presence at the examination.
Extending his best wishes, the HPBOSE Chairman urged all candidates to strictly follow the examination guidelines.
