DHARAMSHALA: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has released the datesheet for the March examinations for students of Classes 3, 5 and 8 (regular and state open school), along with the annual and compartment exams for Classes 9 and 11 across the state.
Board Chairman Dr Rajesh Sharma informed that the Class 3 and 5 exams will be conducted from March 9 to March 16, while Class 8 exams will take place from March 9 to March 20. All these exams will be held in the morning session from 9.45 am to 1 pm.
The Board has made it mandatory for students to reach their examination centres 30 minutes prior to the start of the exam to avoid any inconvenience.
The annual and compartment examinations for Classes 9 and 11 will be conducted at the school level. Class 9 exams are scheduled from March 5 to March 18, while Class 11 exams will be held from March 5 to March 28. Both sets of exams will take place in the afternoon session, from 12.45 pm to 4 pm.
HPBOSE has urged students, parents and schools to refer to the official website of the Board for the detailed datesheet and further instructions.
