SHIMLA: Ahead of the Lok Sabha elections that are scheduled to be held in May, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mahila Morcha in Himachal Pradesh has finalised the appointment of in-charge of districts and members of the state and special working committees. The announcement was made by BJP Mahila Morcha president Vandana Yogi.
Following are the in-charge of various BJP organisational districts:

Dehra: Rajni Thakur
Palampur: Poonam Kumari
Lahaul-Spiti: Varsha Thakur

Additionally, the state working committee will comprise 42 members, including Ritu Sharma, Chinno Devi, Satindra Kumari, Nisha Sharma, Surendra Kaur, Madhu Bala, Saroj, Usha Rana, Nidhi Guleria, Kiran Devi, Swarnalata Patial, Asha Sharma, Kanta Rana, Veena Singh, Veena Sharma, Pushpa Thakur, Sangeeta. , Narmada Jaswal, Neelam, Vandana Thakur, Veena Thakur, Indu, Bhuvaneshwari Lumba, Sushma, Draupadi, Snehlata, Sunita Thakur, Rajni, Praveen Chhajta, Anu Pound, Surendra Khachi, Manjula Saraik, Manju Sood, Nirmala Thakur, Kampila and Deepali Jaswal.
Vandana Yogi emphasised the diversity and inclusivity of the committee, representing various districts and backgrounds. She further announced special invitees to the working committee, including Dhanno Devi, Raj Kumari Thakur, Anil Kashyap Sood, Shubh Mahajan, Madhu Sood and Suman Thakur. The appointments aimed to strengthen the BJP Mahila Morcha in Himachal Pradesh, with the newly formed team set to contribute to the party’s initiatives and objectives in the state, said Vandana.
