Governor Kavinder Gupta will formally inaugurate the International Minjar Fair 2026 on July 26. Sharing details of the Governor’s three‑day visit, Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Repswal informed that the Governor will arrive in Dalhousie on July 25 (Saturday) in the evening and stay overnight at the Circuit House.
On July 26, at 10:00 a.m., the Governor will offer Minjar to Shri Lakshmi Narayan Ji, followed by the official inauguration of the International Minjar Fair at Chamba’s historic Chaugan at 10:30 a.m. Later, at 8:35 p.m., he will inaugurate the cultural evening organized under the fair. His overnight stay will be at the Circuit House in Chamba.
The Governor will depart for Pathankot on July 27 at 9:00 a.m., concluding his visit.
