A newly established digital library was inaugurated at Government Arya College, Nurpur, in a grand ceremony by former MLA Shri Ajay Mahajan. The event was marked by a special program held on the college premises.
The program began with a formal welcome of the chief guest, attended by the college principal, faculty members, and students. Shri Ajay Mahajan cut the ribbon to officially open the digital library.
In his address, he emphasized the importance of technology in education, stating that the digital library would serve as a vital source of knowledge for students. He encouraged them to make maximum use of this facility.
College Principal Dr. Anil Kumar Thakur expressed gratitude to the chief guest and described the initiative as a significant step forward in the field of education. Both students and teachers warmly welcomed the new facility. The college administration also announced that alumni would be allowed to access both the newly established digital library and the traditional library.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks, where all participants pledged to make effective use of the digital library.
