Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Repswal today inspected Government Middle School Pundla, Government Central School Kolka, and Government Senior Secondary School Kolka. During the visit, he reviewed the academic facilities, students’ progress, and overall arrangements in the institutions.
The DC held direct interaction with students, inquiring about their studies, available facilities, and personal interests. He motivated them to pursue regular learning, discipline, and effective time management, stressing that holistic development is as important as academic excellence.
He examined students’ notebooks and classwork, issuing necessary directions to teachers. He emphasized regular practice sessions tailored to students’ needs and urged special attention for weaker learners. He also highlighted the importance of maintaining cleanliness, discipline, and a safe, positive academic environment in schools.
Repswal engaged with parents as well, seeking their suggestions to improve educational standards and school management. He encouraged them to take active interest in their children’s studies and maintain close coordination with schools.
The DC instructed school management to ensure optimal use of available resources and to take effective steps for delivering quality education.
The inspection was attended by BDO Mehla Basheer Khan, OSD Umakant, along with principals and head teachers of the respective schools.
