Himalyan Public Senior Secondary School organized a unique and engaging “Cooking Without Fire” activity for its students, aimed at fostering creativity, self-reliance, teamwork, and presentation skills.
Students from Classes I to V participated enthusiastically, preparing a variety of delicious and nutritious dishes without using gas or fire. From salads, sandwiches, fruit chaat, sprouts, and bhel to other innovative recipes, the young chefs showcased their imagination and culinary talent.
Each group decorated their dishes beautifully and explained their nutritional value, emphasizing that healthy food provides energy and helps maintain good health. The activity encouraged collaboration, leadership, time management, and responsibility among the participants, while their creative presentations captivated everyone’s attention.
School Director Mr. Anurag Gupta praised the students’ efforts and enthusiasm, urging them to adopt a balanced and nutritious diet in daily life.
