Panarsa Degree College to be Inaugurated During the Visit

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu will be on a one-day visit to Mandi district tomorrow (November 10, 2025), during which he will distribute financial relief to families affected by recent natural disasters. The visit underscores the state government’s continued efforts to support those impacted by this year’s heavy monsoon damage.
Deputy Commissioner Apoorva Devgan informed that the Chief Minister will reach Panarsa at around 10:50 AM and formally inaugurate the Government Degree College, Panarsa. Later, at about 11:45 AM, he will arrive in Mandi town to interact with beneficiaries of various government welfare schemes at Paddal Ground.
During the programme, relief assistance will be distributed to disaster-affected families from Mandi, Kullu, and Bilaspur districts, who suffered significant losses during the monsoon season.
After the event, the Chief Minister will proceed to Shimla in the afternoon.
Accompanying him on the visit will be Revenue, Horticulture, Tribal Development, and Public Grievances Minister Jagat Singh Negi, and Minister for Town and Country Planning, Housing, Technical Education, and Industrial Training Rajesh Dharmani. Both ministers will attend the relief distribution programme alongside the Chief Minister.
The visit is expected to reaffirm the government’s commitment to rehabilitation, infrastructure rebuilding, and welfare in disaster-affected regions of the state.
