Green Field Public School-Sihunta Mukhya Sanrakshak (chief patron) Chaman Singh delivered a deeply moving message during the Udaan career guidance programme organised by The Newz Radar in association with Aarni University on Friday, describing teachers as silent observers of transformation.

Addressing students, teachers and guests, Chaman Singh drew a poetic parallel between a teacher’s journey and a bird watching the moon slowly move towards its full glow on Pooranmashi. “A teacher is like a bird that watches the moon every night, patiently waiting for it achieve full moon phase. In the same way, we wait for our students to grow — not overnight, but gradually, with faith and hope,” he said.

Chaman Singh emphasised that teaching is not merely a profession but a lifelong commitment to nurturing minds, values and character. According to him, educators may not always witness immediate results, but their role is to trust the process of growth, just as nature follows its own rhythm.

The Mukhya Sanrakshak lauded The Newz Radar-Aarni University Udaan initiative for bringing meaningful conversations on education, motivation and career awareness to students in the hilly region. He expressed gratitude to The Newz Radar for conceptualising and executing the programme with a positive social vision and to Aarni University for actively supporting student-centric outreach beyond classrooms.

He made special mention of HAS officer Swati Walia, calling her presence a source of inspiration for students, particularly young girls. “Her life journey speaks louder than words,” he said, adding that stories of resilience, discipline and perseverance leave a lasting impact on young minds.

The school patron highlighted that exposure to such programmes helps students understand that success is not defined only by marks, but by courage, consistency and character. He urged students to respect their teachers, value education and remain patient in their own journeys of growth.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who listened attentively to the speakers and engaged actively throughout the programme. The combination of motivational talks, real-life examples and thoughtful reflections made the session both educational and emotionally enriching.
