A tragic incident has shaken Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh, where a man allegedly killed his wife before taking his own life.
The incident occurred in Lothal village under Dharwala sub-tehsil. According to police, Sarvan, son of Tani, is suspected of murdering his wife Anju Devi and then committing suicide.
Authorities confirmed that the couple had three children—two daughters who are married, and a 17-year-old son who lives at home.
Superintendent of Police Vijay Saklani has verified the case, stating that a detailed investigation is underway to determine the reasons behind the incident.
The shocking event has left the local community in grief and fear.
