Kangra – In a heartfelt tribute to Shaheed Lakshay Mongra, villagers and Kangra Saviours organisation came together to organize a blood donation camp, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to social service and remembrance. The event, saw enthusiastic participation from people of all ages, reinforcing the spirit of unity and sacrifice.
The blood donation drive was meticulously planned by local organizations and volunteer groups, who worked tirelessly to ensure its success. A team from blood bank of Tanda Medical College was present to oversee the process, ensuring that donors received proper care and guidance.
What community leaders say
Speaking at the event, community leaders emphasized the significance of honoring the sacrifices of brave soldiers like Lakshay Mongra. “This is our way of expressing gratitude to those who have laid down their lives for the nation. By donating blood, we contribute to saving lives, just as they did,” said one of the organizers.

The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with dozens of donors stepping forward to contribute.
