The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Organizational District Nurpur convened a press conference at the PWD Rest House, Nurpur, on the theme “12 Years of Modi Government – Development, Trust, and Public Welfare.”
Addressing the media, Dr. Rajiv Bhardwaj, Member of Parliament from Kangra-Chamba constituency, highlighted the unprecedented development works, welfare schemes, and India’s rising global stature under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the past 12 years.
He emphasized that the Modi government has implemented numerous historic initiatives benefiting the poor, farmers, youth, women, and every section of society. Significant progress has been made in infrastructure, Digital India, self-reliance, healthcare, education, road and rail connectivity, and rural development.
Dr. Bhardwaj stated that India, under PM Modi’s leadership, is now recognized as one of the world’s leading economies and is steadily advancing towards the vision of a Developed India.
The event was attended by District President Rajesh Kaka, former MLA from Indora Mrs. Rita Dhiman, District General Secretaries, State Trade Cell Co-Convenor Puneet Gautam, Mandal President and Zila Parishad Member Anup Rana, BDC Nurpur Vice-President Rakesh Kaul, former Vice-President of Nurpur Municipal Council Ashok Kumar, Municipal Councillor Mrs. Rajni Mahajan, along with other party workers.
