A one-day awareness and beneficiary saturation camp was organized in Gram Panchayat Hadsar under the Tribal Pride Year and Dharati Aba Tribal Village Development Campaign. The camp was presided over by Tehsildar Bharmaur, Tejram, who emphasized the government’s ongoing efforts toward the holistic development of tribal communities. He stated that these camps aim to provide tribal communities with information about various welfare schemes launched by the central and state governments and ensure direct benefits reach eligible beneficiaries.

Officials from several departments, including Health, Women and Child Development, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Tehsil Welfare, Panchayat, and Rural Development, participated in the event. Representatives from each department informed attendees about various government welfare schemes and distributed promotional materials.

During the camp, Assistant Director of the Animal Husbandry Department, Rakesh Bhngaliya, educated villagers about the Animal Sanjeevani Helpline (1962). He explained that livestock owners anywhere in the state can now call 1962 to access mobile veterinary services. Under this initiative, veterinarians will provide free home visits and medical assistance, including treatment for livestock diseases, vaccinations, deworming, nutrition, reproduction, and overall care.

Bhngaliya described this service as a revolutionary step, allowing livestock owners to resolve health-related concerns for their animals without needing to travel. He encouraged them to simply dial 1962 and receive veterinary assistance at home.

The camp witnessed a large turnout of villagers, with 12 health check-ups conducted and 23 Ayushman cards distributed.

Present at the event were subject matter expert Jitendra Vardhan, Gram Panchayat Head Hadsar Rajni Devi, Horticulture Extension Officer Neha Dhiman, Ayurvedic Medical Officer Saurabh Vishisht, Tehsil Welfare Officer Vikas Pakhretia, ASHA workers, and officials from various departments, along with local residents.
