The annual main function of the Himachal Pradesh State Pensioners’ Federation, Nurpur (Registered), was held on January 10, 2025, at the premises of Indra Prabha Adarsh Public School, Nurpur. The event was graced by the Federation’s President, Mr. Sardarilal Gupta, who attended as the Chief Guest.
The program commenced with a traditional welcome, where the Chief Guest was honored with a Himachali cap and shawl. During the event, members of the Federation including Satish Sharma, A.K. Mehta, and Jaswant Dhiman shared their views, while Finance Secretary Inder Pal Sharma briefed the attendees about the Federation’s ongoing activities.
A key highlight of the gathering was the Federation’s strong demand for the prompt clearance of pending pension and allowance dues.
In his address, Chief Guest Mr. Sardarilal Gupta spoke on various issues concerning pensioners and lauded the Federation’s efforts, extending his best wishes for their continued work.
On this occasion, the Federation also honored retired pensioners aged 75 years and above in recognition of their service and seniority.
