Chief Justice of India stated that Artificial Intelligence can play a vital role in strengthening the judiciary by managing data, maintaining records, and identifying patterns.
However, he emphasized that AI should not interfere in the core judicial function of delivering judgments. The CJI underlined that technology must remain a supportive tool, not a decision-maker in matters of justice.
