The Dharamshala event comes after spectacular ceremonies of The Newz Radar-Shining Star Awards 4.0 in Palampur .
Chairman of HPBOSE, Rajesh Sharma , graced the occasion as the Chief Guest at Degree College Auditorium Dharamshala.
About 600 meritorious Class X and XII students of around various schools of Kangra who have secured 85 per cent and above marks in their board examination were awarded in the function. The students, both from private and government schools, were accompanied by their parents and teachers.
Supported by Minerva Study Circle , Ghumarwain and Dharamshala and associate partner HIET Group of Institutions, P3Y, Dronacharya and Digiperform , the award series continues to grow in both reach and impact.
Conceptualised by The Newz Radar, Himachal Pradesh’s leading and only English digital news platform, the Shining Star Awards 4.0 is not just an award ceremony but a movement dedicated to uplifting and recognising young achievers.
The Shining Star Awards 4.0 continues the successful legacy of the 2023, 2024 and 2025 editions, celebrating perseverance, hard work and academic excellence among Himachali youth. The initiative is dedicated to fostering student well-being and excellence beyond academics.

With Palampur and Dharamshala setting the benchmark for the season, Shining Star Awards 4.0 will soon travel to other districts across Himachal Pradesh, continuing its mission of recognition and encouragement.
