The MCA Department of Government College Dharamshala organized a vibrant and successful tree plantation drive today, showcasing the students’ commitment to environmental conservation. Third-semester MCA students participated enthusiastically, planting a variety of saplings across the campus.
The event was graced by the honorable presence of Principal Shri Rakesh Pathania, whose guidance inspired the students to engage wholeheartedly. The initiative also saw active involvement from Dr. V.S. Vats (Department Coordinator), Shri Satish Sood (Head of Department), and Professor Sachin Awasthi, all of whom motivated the students and contributed to the plantation efforts.
This campaign aimed to promote ecological awareness and create a cleaner, greener campus environment. It encouraged students to take responsibility for nature and recognize the importance of sustainable practices.
With teamwork and dedication from both faculty and students, the drive turned into a meaningful step toward environmental stewardship. The planted saplings now stand as a symbol of hope, growth, and a collective commitment to preserving nature.
