After a resounding success in its inaugural edition last year, the Dharamshala Spring Carnival 2025 is set to make a grand return from February 7 to 13 at Mela Ground in Dari.
Organised with the support of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) and other sponsors, the event promises a spectacular showcase of music, culture and entertainment.
Drew massive crowds in its first edition
The carnival, which drew massive crowds in its first edition, has been designed to celebrate Himachal’s vibrant cultural heritage. Last year’s event saw an overwhelming response from locals and tourists alike, with high-energy performances and a bustling fairground atmosphere.
Building on that enthusiasm, the seven-day extravagansa will feature live performances by renowned artistes, folk dancers and stage performers from across the state.
Line-up of star performers
Music lovers can look forward to a stellar line-up of Himachal’s most popular singers. The daily performances, beginning at 7 pm, will feature:
- Ajay Chauhan – February 7
- Kaku Ram Thakur – February 8
- Poonam Bhardwaj – February 9
- Ishant Bhardwaj – February 10
- Harmony of Pines – February 11
- Kumar Sahil – February 12
- AC Bhardwaj – February 13
Apart from musical nights, the carnival will include food stalls, traditional handicrafts, amusement rides and a cultural exhibition highlighting Himachali art and crafts.
