Popular Bollywood actress Neetu Singh and renowned comedian Kapil Sharma are set to arrive in Himachal Pradesh capital Shimla for the shooting of their upcoming film.
The duo will land in the hill station on April 15 where they will spend the next 40 days filming. The movie will showcase the scenic beauty of Shimla, with stunning visuals of the city’s natural landscapes featured prominently in the scenes.
In addition to shooting in the picturesque surroundings, the team will also film in iconic locations around the city, including Mall Road, Ridge Ground and lower Shimla, capturing the essence of the hill town. This will be the first time that the two big Bollywood stars will appear together in a film.
In this movie, Neetu Singh, the wife of the late actor Rishi Kapoor, will play the role of a grandmother, while Kapil Sharma will portray her grandson. The film will be directed by Ashish R Mohan, a filmmaker who hails from Shimla.
Mohan, a resident of Sanjauli, has chosen various picturesque locations in the city for shooting. Most of the film’s scenes will be shot in the upper hills of Shimla.
Deepak Bhagra, the line producer for the film under the Deepak Bhagra Film Production House, confirmed that the majority of the shooting will take place in Shimla, with some scenes also planned for Chandigarh, Delhi and Mumbai.
The film is generating excitement among local residents as it will not only bring the glamour of Bollywood to Shimla but also highlight the town’s natural beauty to a broader audience.
Fans of both Neetu Singh and Kapil Sharma are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to see these stars in their new avatars, set against the stunning backdrop of Shimla.
