Under the chairmanship of District & Sessions Judge Shri Visid Singh Thakur, the District Legal Services Authority, Kangra, organized a National Lok Adalat at the court complex. The one‑day initiative focused on speedy resolution of pending cases and providing accessible justice to citizens.

- Other civil disputes (including pre‑litigation and pending cases in courts)
Outcomes
- 17,796 cases were listed for settlement.
- 14,551 cases were successfully resolved.
- A total of ₹13,23,20,679 was realized through settlements, benefitting litigants and institutions alike.
The Lok Adalat reaffirmed the judiciary’s commitment to speedy justice, dispute resolution, and community welfare, ensuring that citizens receive relief without prolonged litigation.
