The traders’ body emphasized the need for improved facilities for both local businesses and the lakhs of pilgrims expected during the yatra. Their demands include:

  • Relocation of Civil Hospital Bharmour to the new building at Patti before the yatra, ensuring better healthcare services and easing traffic congestion.
  • Commencement of Manimahesh Parikrama via Kugti in accordance with religious norms, to safeguard devotees’ sentiments.
  • Repair of the Hadsar–Manimahesh pedestrian route in advance, with restrictions on night travel along landslide‑prone stretches and deployment of police patrols to minimize accidents.
  • Strengthening communication systems, including satellite connectivity, to avoid last year’s network failures.
  • Upgrading Bharmour market facilities with street lights, CCTV cameras, and public toilets to accommodate the influx of visitors.

The memorandum urged the administration to complete all necessary arrangements before the pilgrimage begins, ensuring a peaceful, well‑organized, and successful yatra for devotees from across India and abroad.

Present during the submission were Mahinder Patyal (President), Kalu Sharma (Treasurer), Abhilash Patial (Secretary), Pyar Sharma (Press Secretary), Raju Sharma, along with traders from Kugti, Hadsar, and Manimahesh.
