The monthly meeting of the Pensioners’ Welfare Association, Bharmaur Unit will be held on June 16, 2026, at 11 AM at Chaurasi Hotel, Bharmaur. The meeting will be chaired by Unit President Dheeraj Thakur.
During the session, members will be briefed on state-level activities concerning pensioners. Key issues to be discussed include pending payments of retirees since 2016, 15% Dearness Relief, and outstanding arrears. Resolutions on these matters will be passed and forwarded to the Himachal Pradesh Government.
General Secretary Krishna Thakur stated that the meeting will also deliberate on various pensioners’ problems and devise strategies for their resolution. Local-level issues will be given priority as well.
The Association has urged all retired employees from Bharmaur, Garola, and Holi regions to attend the meeting in large numbers to strengthen the organization and ensure effective advocacy for pensioners’ interests
