In the tribal region of Bharmaur subdivision, Vijay Nag officially assumed charge as Executive Engineer of the Jal Shakti Division Bharmaur on Tuesday.
Speaking to The News Radar, Nag emphasized that his primary focus will be on strengthening all drinking water supply schemes, sewerage systems, and irrigation facilities under the division. He added that ensuring clean drinking water during the upcoming sacred Manimahesh Yatra will be a top priority for the department.
Nag noted that he has previously served in the Jal Shakti Department in Bharmaur and is already familiar with the region’s geographical challenges. “It is a privilege to once again serve in the holy land of Lord Shiva. My effort will be to further improve the drinking water supply schemes and sewerage systems in the division,” he said.
