The first day of booth activities under the National Pulse Polio Programme (NID campaign) in Bharmour block concluded successfully.
Providing details, BMO Bharmour Dr. Dipesh Kumar informed that polio drops were administered to 1,856 children across 61 booths. In addition, a transit booth set up at Khadamukh vaccinated 19 children.
To ensure complete coverage, children who could not reach the booths today will be vaccinated through a door-to-door campaign over the next two days.
Dr. Dipesh Kumar expressed gratitude to all employees, health workers, and volunteers for their cooperation in making the initiative a success.
