Normally, 145.3 mm of rainfall is expected between January and February, but this season has recorded only 29.7 mm, leading to drought-like conditions. However, this predicted Western Disturbance might help restore some balance.
Although Shimla and other tourist spots are witnessing clear weather for now, conditions are expected to change by tonight, with the impact lasting until February 21.
