Dharamshala :- In a heartwarming celebration of International Yoga Day, the tiny tots of EuroKids Preschool in Dharamshala embraced the ancient practice with infectious enthusiasm and charm. Dressed in vibrant attire and guided by their teachers, the young learners gathered on the school premises to participate in a series of playful yet purposeful yoga activities.

The event began with a cheerful warm-up, followed by simple asanas like the Tree Pose, Cat Stretch, and Butterfly Pose—carefully chosen to suit the children’s age and flexibility. Teachers demonstrated each posture with care, encouraging the little ones to mirror their movements while maintaining balance and focus. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, curiosity, and a genuine sense of joy as the children explored the world of yoga through movement and breath.
EuroKids Dharamshala, known for its holistic approach to early childhood education, organized the session not only to mark the global occasion but also to instill healthy habits from a young age. “Yoga helps children develop physical strength, emotional balance, and mindfulness,” said one of the facilitators. “It’s a beautiful way to nurture their overall well-being.”

Parents and staff applauded the initiative, noting how such activities foster discipline, concentration, and a positive attitude in children. The event concluded with a short meditation and a group chant of “Om,” leaving the young yogis calm and centered.
By introducing yoga in such an engaging and age-appropriate manner, EuroKids Dharamshala has taken a meaningful step toward shaping confident, healthy, and mindful individuals—one stretch at a time.
