Tangroti School Celebrates Excellence in Annual Awards Ceremony

Dharamshala: Rajkiya Varishth Madhyamik Paathshala in Tangroti conducted its annual awards distribution ceremony. The ceremony not only recognized the academic achievements of the students but also showcased their diverse talents through cultural presentations.

The chief guest for the occasion was Sudhir Sharma, MLA. Addressing the students, he emphasized the value of hard work as the key to success.

The cultural extravaganza featured an array of performances, reflecting the rich diversity of the school’s student body. A significant highlight was the announcement of a generous contribution of 21,000 rupees towards organizing a vibrant cultural program. This financial support is aimed at fostering creativity and providing students with opportunities to showcase their artistic talents.

Principal Roma Sohal presented the annual report, highlighting the school’s accomplishments in various fields, including sports, academics, and extracurricular activities. Sudhir Sharma took this opportunity to applaud the school’s commitment to holistic development and encouraged the students to actively participate in such endeavors.

Expressing concern for the school’s infrastructure, Sudhir Sharma announced the imminent commencement of a new building project. This initiative aims to address the growing needs of the school and provide students with a conducive learning environment.

The awards ceremony recognized outstanding students, with Shivani being named the Best Student of the school, and Iravati House receiving accolades as the Best House. Sudhir Sharma also acknowledged students who excelled in the state board’s merit list, fostering a sense of pride and motivation among the student community.

The presence of notable dignitaries from the local community added an extra layer of significance to the event. BDEO Dharamshala SMC Head Vanita, Panchayat Head Sharda, and other prominent figures expressed their support for the school’s commitment to education and overall development.
