As part of the Viksit Bharat initiative, students of Government Senior Secondary School, Garola, presented two remarkable models that blended scientific innovation with cultural heritage. The exhibition aimed to foster creativity, environmental awareness, and a spirit of innovation among students.
Under the guidance of TGT (Medical) Mr. Praveen Kumar, students developed an eco-friendly model titled “Local Products to Replace Plastic Articles.” The model showcased sustainable alternatives to plastic items using locally available resources—an inspiring step toward environmental conservation and sustainable development.
Simultaneously, under the mentorship of TGT (Arts) Mr. Keshav Sharma, students crafted a traditional “Shivmala” as part of the theme “Shiv Worship in Gaddi Culture.” This model symbolized the rich cultural legacy and religious traditions of the Gaddi community, highlighting the importance of preserving indigenous heritage.
Both models reflected a harmonious blend of creativity, scientific thinking, and cultural consciousness. The school principal praised the students’ efforts, stating that such initiatives enhance awareness about research, tradition preservation, and sustainable growth.
With these innovative contributions, Garola School has taken an inspiring step toward realizing the vision of a Viksit Bharat.
