Sanatan Dharma Sabha Ainun Mata announces annual bhandara on Ram Navami, extends help to injured youth

CHAMBA: A meeting of Shri Sanatan Dharma Sabha Ainun Mata was held under the chairmanship of Sher Singh Thakur where discussions took place regarding the ongoing construction work in the temple premises.


The members also deliberated on the arrangements for the annual ‘bhandara’, assigning specific responsibilities to all office-bearers and executive members.


The sabha announced that this year, the annual bhandara will be held on April 6, coinciding with Ram Navami.


Alongside its religious duties, the Sabha also decided to fulfil its social responsibility by extending financial assistance to a young man from Nadd village, who recently suffered serious injuries after falling from a roof while working.


The youth is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Pathankot and the sabha has pledged to support his medical expenses.


Expressing gratitude to all members for their valuable contributions during the meeting, Sher Singh Thakur also appealed to the public to participate in the bhandara on April 6, receive prasad and be part of the auspicious occasion.


The meeting saw the presence of several key members, including chief patron Umesh Nandan, general secretary Ashok Thakur, vice-president Govind Arora, treasurers Mahendra Singh and Ram Krishna Thakur, members Tabdeesh Kumar, Kishore Sharma, Devaraj Thakur, Sushil Kumar and Ashok Sharma.
