A road trip to Jaipur, popularly known as the Pink City, is one of the most rewarding drives in North India. From Chandigarh, the distance is about 450-500 km, taking 6-7 hours depending on the traffic.
Route: Chandigarh → Ambala → Jind → Mahendragarh → Narnaul → Jaipur.

This route is part of the Trans-Haryana Expressway, designed to bypass Delhi NCR traffic and provide a faster, smoother drive. It connects Gangheri (Haryana) to Narnaul with a 227 km greenfield stretch, featuring eateries and charging stations for electric vehicles.
