Nurpur Police District conducted its monthly crime review meeting today under the chairmanship of Superintendent of Police, Shri Kulbhushan Verma. The meeting was attended by the Additional SP, SDPOs, SHOs, and in-charges of police posts.
During the session, a detailed review of the district’s law and order situation was carried out. Discussions focused on pending cases, quality of investigations, NDPS-related matters, financial probes under NDPS, proposals under PIT NDPS, and cases registered under the Mining Act.
SP Verma directed all officers to ensure speedy and effective disposal of cases while strengthening the quality of investigations. He emphasized adopting a professional work approach and prioritizing public safety above all.
The officers were further encouraged to take stronger measures for drug eradication, traffic management, crime prevention, and community cooperation.
In recognition of commendable service, several officers and staff members were honored with appreciation certificates for their outstanding contributions.
Nurpur Police District reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining peace, law and order, and public safety.
