Association President Dr. Nitin Vyas stated that the state government has withheld Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) promotions for college and university teachers for the past three years, leading to widespread disappointment among the teaching community. He emphasized that while promotions are being granted in other government departments, denying the same to educators is unjust.

The memorandum also called for immediate restoration of CAS promotions, construction of two housing complexes for faculty, and release of the pending 13% Dearness Allowance (DA).
