KANGRA:
Himalyan Public Senior Secondary School at Nagrota Bagwan in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh has once again made headlines with its exceptional academic performance in the Class 12 board examination.
Known for its quality education and disciplined environment, Himalyan Public School has achieved a 100% pass result in the Class 12 board examinations for both science and commerce streams this year.
A total of 135 students appeared for the Class 12 exams and all of them passed with commendable scores. The school management, faculty members and parents extended heartfelt congratulations to the students for this remarkable achievement.
Stellar show in science students
Students of the science stream delivered stellar results, bringing pride to the institution. Lakshita topped the stream with an impressive 93%, followed closely by Divya with 92%. Arpit, Khushboo, Sanchit and Shambhavi shared the third position with 91% each.
In all, six students scored above 90%, 27 students scored over 85% and 47 students achieved more than 80%, maintaining the school’s tradition of academic excellence.
Commerce students also perform well
Students from the commerce stream also showcased excellent performance. Tanvi Thakur secured the top position with 91%, followed by Tanisha with 89%. Piyush Saini and Ritika jointly held the third position with 88% marks.
Among the 22 commerce students, one scored above 90%, seven students scored over 85%, and 10 students achieved more than 80%.
