Bharmour
With the aim of promoting sportsmanship, drug-free living, and communal harmony among youth, the Bharmour unit of the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) organised a grand Kabaddi tournament in Bharmour. The event was part of an anti-drug awareness campaign and featured Subham Thakur as the chief guest.
Six teams from the sub-division participated in the spirited competition. The final match was held between Trinetra Library Bharmour and Government College Bharmour, with the college team emerging victorious and claiming the winner’s trophy.
NSUI District Vice President Sameer Bhardwaj shared that the tournament was organized to encourage youth to stay away from substance abuse and engage in healthy, community-building activities. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from young players.
Prominent attendees included Gauri Shankar, Jai Kumar, Aditya Thakur, Naseeb Singh, and Ajay Sharma, among others.
