The AYUSH Department, Bharmaur, organised a free medical camp on Tuesday under the Ayush Gram Program at Palan village in Poolan-Palan Panchayat. A total of 90 patients attended and availed themselves of healthcare services.
During the camp, patients underwent blood pressure, sugar, and hemoglobin tests, and were provided with free medicines. In addition, detailed guidance was given on seasonal and daily health routines, diet plans according to specific ailments, Ayurvedic remedies, yoga practices, and home-based treatments using medicinal preparations.
The camp was attended by Dr. Neeraj Kumar (Post Graduate in Ras Shastra), Dr. Rakesh Kumar Chaudhary (Sub-Divisional AYUSH Medical Officer), Dr. Karan Katoch (In-charge, Ayushman Arogya Mandir Shirdi), Pharmacist Rajendra Kumar, Pharmacist Rampal, and Class IV employee Suresh Chand.
Local residents appreciated the initiative and expressed gratitude to the AYUSH Department, while also requesting similar camps to be organized in the future.
