In alignment with the National Education Policy 2020, Himachal Pradesh is training over 33,000 teachers in modern assessment methodologies. As part of this initiative, Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) training commenced on September 9 in the Chuwari education block.
Teachers from primary and secondary schools across Banikhet, Chuwari, and Singhunta regions are actively participating in the program, which will continue until October 9.

Rajen Singh, the resource person for the training, guided educators through practical activities based on Bloom’s Taxonomy, NCF competencies, and the Knowledge-Understanding-Application framework. The presence of BPO Chuwari, Mrs. Rekha, was notable, and the training is receiving full support from DIET Chamba coordinator Mr. Ravindra Singh Rajput.
A parallel training program is being conducted in the Chamba education block, where sessions are led by trainer Jyoti. Both locations are witnessing collective participation from trained graduates and lecturers.
This initiative marks a significant step toward empowering teachers at the state level—encouraging them to view assessment not merely as an examination tool, but as a powerful means to enhance learning outcomes.
