Bharmour – The tribal region of Bharmour Subdivision witnessed a vibrant start to the much-anticipated Chaurasi Cricket Tournament on Friday, held at the scenic Bharmour Helipad. The tournament has been organized by local youth leader Ashish Sharma, popularly known as Bunty, and has drawn enthusiastic participation from numerous teams across the subdivision.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by social worker Deep Thakur, who attended as the chief guest. In his address, he extended his best wishes to all participating teams and emphasized the importance of sports in youth development. Thakur also shared valuable insights and motivational tips with the young players, encouraging them to pursue sports with dedication and discipline.

The event was further supported by several notable community members, including BDC member of Poolan-Ghared Panchayat, Sankutla Devi, along with Amit Thakur, Subhash Kaushal, and Ravi Thakur, who were present to show their solidarity and encouragement for the sporting initiative.
