A career guidance initiative titled ‘Bhavishya Setu’ was organised on Wednesday at Government College Bharmaur by the Employment Office Chamba. The program aimed to provide students with valuable insights into career planning and development.
Officials from various departments participated in the event, including Additional Magistrate Bharmaur Mr. Kulbir Singh Rana, Assistant Superintendent of Police Chamba Mr. Hitesh Lakhanpal, District Employment Officer Chamba Mr. Arvind Singh Chauhan, BDO Bharmaur Mr. Dipesh, and Dr. Manohar Lal from the Horticulture Department Bharmaur.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from nearly 700 students representing different educational institutions. Experts offered practical guidance and shared resources to help students navigate their career paths effectively.
College Principal Dr. Hemant Pal welcomed the dignitaries with traditional shawls and caps. In his address, he emphasized the importance of such initiatives, stating that they play a crucial role in shaping students’ futures and should be conducted regularly by the government.
