Students of GSSS Balera presented vibrant cultural performances, earning praise and recognition. The Speaker felicitated students for excellence in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities. He also announced ā¹21,000 for GSSS Balera performers and ā¹11,000 for students of the Government Primary School Balera.
š§ Inauguration of ā¹39 Lakh Development Projects
Pathania inaugurated multiple development initiatives worth ā¹39 lakh, including:
- ā¹12 lakh for school infrastructure upgrades
- ā¹8 lakh for the newly built Atal Tinkering Lab
- ā¹10 lakh for the āApna Libraryā by Chamba district administration
- ā¹4 lakh for a new community hall
- ā¹5 lakh for a Common Service Centre
šļø Commitment to Educational and Infrastructure Growth
Addressing the gathering, Pathania emphasized the state government’s commitment to qualitative educational reforms and infrastructure development. He highlighted efforts to ensure equitable access to higher education for underprivileged students and noted that Bhattiyat constituency has seen continuous upgrades in educational facilities over the past 2.5 years.
š£ļø Road and Water Projects Worth ā¹500 Crore by 2027
Pathania shared that:
- 32 rural roads have been completed
- 18 are under construction
- 125 new roads are planned for completion within a year
- ā¹260 crore worth of development projects have been initiated
- ā¹100 crore in new road projects have been approved
- By 2027, over ā¹500 crore will be invested in road and drinking water schemes

The Speaker urged students to commit to a drug-free life and encouraged community members to support the governmentās anti-drug initiatives. He stressed that sustained effort and hard work are key to long-term success.

Upon arrival, Pathania was warmly welcomed by the school administration, students, and staff. He inaugurated the event with a ceremonial lamp lighting before the statue of Goddess Saraswati. Principal Jagjeet Azad presented the schoolās annual report and honored the guests.
