Kangra: Adarsh Model Public School celebrated the 79th Independence Day on Friday with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit.
The event began with the unfurling of the Tricolour by school chairman Subhash Chand Dhaloria in the presence of students and staff.
As the national flag fluttered proudly in the morning breeze, the gathering sang the national anthem in unison, filling the school premises with a sense of pride and unity.
In his address, Dhaloria paid tribute to the freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the country’s Independence and urged students to uphold the values of honesty, discipline and service to the nation.
Teachers also joined in the celebrations, encouraging the young generation to work hard for the progress and prosperity of India.
