State topper Aarav Thakur set to get AIIMS seat through MCC counselling

Ghumarwin: The provisional selection list released by Atal Medical and Research University has once again brought glory to Minerva Institute, Ghumarwin, as 42 of its students have all but secured admission to various government medical colleges for MBBS.
Among them is the state NEET (UG) topper, Aarav Thakur, making the achievement even more special for the institute and the region.
After excelling in NEET (UG), the 42 meritorious students from Minerva are set to join leading government medical colleges in Himachal Pradesh. Institute Manager Rakesh Chandel said that Aarav Thakur, who scored 619 out of 700 marks to top the state, has been allotted a seat at IGMC-Shimla, though he is expected to secure AIIMS in MCC counselling.

According to the provisional list, Aditya, Neha Kumari, Brinda Sharma, Anshul Chauhan, Amineesh and Dhairya Ajay Sharma have been allotted IGMC-Shimla. Prachi Kaushal, Tanmay Sharma, Pragya Singh, Tenzin Jengchuk and Pratibha Thakur will join RPGMC-Tanda. Pranjal Rana, Pancham Sharma, Anshul Thakur and Sulaksh Kumar have been allotted SLBSGMC-Nerchowk, Mandi.
At YSPGMC-Nahan, Sirmaur, seats have gone to Akshit Sharma, Nisha Sharma, Shivansh Rajput, Annay Dharmani and Anushka. Aryan Verma, Muskan Thakur, Shreya Soni, Shaurya Mehan, Kamakshi, Suzen Rawal and Ishita Kumari will study at RKGMC-Hamirpur. JLNGMC-Chamba will welcome Shivanshi Sharma, Abhiroochi, Aditi Sharma, Aditi Thakur, Sejal and Yashasvi Sharma.
Institute Founder and Coordinator Parvesh Chandel and Manager Rakesh Chandel congratulated the selected students and their parents, wishing them a bright future.
