Part of government’s Floriculture Mission

This Tulip Garden is not only the first of its kind in Himachal Pradesh but also the second-largest in the country.
Established a few years ago under the initiative of the Himalayan Bio-resource Technology Institute, it’s a major achievement for both the institution and the region.

The garden is part of the government’s Floriculture Mission aimed at promoting flower cultivation and increasing farmers’ income through innovative methods.
An agricultural scientist at the IHBT said, “The excitement surrounding the Tulip Garden is incredible. We have already surpassed 1 lakh visitors this season, and the hard work that goes into maintaining the garden is truly paying off.”
