Shimla: In a significant move to bring awareness about the central government’s programs and initiatives to the common people, the “Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” was launched today by Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla from Raj Bhavan in Shimla. The yatra, symbolized by three vehicles carrying green flags, aims to inform the public about the developmental plans implemented across the nation.

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla initiated the yatra, emphasizing the importance of spreading information about the central government’s welfare schemes and programs. The beneficiaries of these schemes shared their experiences with the Governor, who virtually listened to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address during the occasion. Union Minister Kaushal Kishor and Member of Parliament Suresh Kashyap were also present at the event.

Governor Shukla mentioned that the “Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” is entering its second phase, having previously covered tribal regions. The remaining areas of Himachal Pradesh will now be included in the yatra, ensuring that information about the central government’s initiatives reaches every corner.

Union Minister Kaushal Kishor and MP Suresh Kashyap highlighted the yatra’s goal of taking the government’s developmental plans to every village, emphasizing the importance of reaching the last person in the queue with these schemes.
