Himachal Pradesh’s renowned folk singer Inder Jeet has unveiled his latest creation “Riza Ri Manu” on YouTube. The song was formally launched at Raj Bhavan, Shimla, by the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Kavinder Gupta.
During the release, the Governor praised Inder Jeet’s dedication to preserving and promoting Himachali culture, applauding his efforts to bring the state’s rich traditions to audiences across India and beyond.
✨ “Riza Ri Manu” stands out for its authentic use of traditional instruments like dhol, nagara, shehnai, and karnal. The video, filmed in a Himachali village with kathkuni houses and traditional attire, beautifully captures the essence of rural life and cultural heritage.
Inder Jeet, who wrote and composed the song himself, emphasized his lifelong mission:
“We may or may not remain, but our culture must live on. I have always tried to promote Himachal’s ancient and rich traditions, and I will continue this effort.”
He expressed confidence that “Riza Ri Manu” will resonate with listeners and, as always, receive their love and blessings.
