Kangra — On the fifth day of the ongoing Shrimad Bhagwat Katha in Abdullapur, spiritual orator Sarveshwar Sharan Ji Maharaj urged devotees to imbibe the teachings of Lord Krishna in their daily lives. His message resonated deeply with the gathering, emphasizing the timeless relevance of Krishna’s wisdom.

The event saw the presence of Himachal Road Transport Corporation Vice Chairman Ajay Verma as chief guest. Winners of the traditional Matka Phod competition were felicitated during the program, adding a festive touch to the spiritual proceedings.

A dramatic tableau depicting the divine wedding of Lord Krishna and Rukmini left the audience emotionally moved, blending devotion with cultural storytelling.

The gathering drew a large number of women, men, and children from surrounding areas. Amar Singh Khaura, President of the Shri Krishna Kirtan Sabha, along with other office bearers, invited the public to attend the remaining sessions of the Katha and earn spiritual merit.

Sarveshwar Sharan Ji Maharaj announced that the concluding day of the Katha, on August 20, will feature a grand bhandara (community feast) at the temple premises. Distinguished guests will be honored with ceremonial scarves as a mark of respect.
